This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for AlertSpy, a product of TTC Consulting Services Pvt Ltd, operating as The Tech Clouds ("AlertSpy", "we", "us", or "our"). It applies to all paid subscription plans.
You can cancel your paid plan at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops auto-renewal only — your plan stays active for the rest of the current billing cycle, and you won't be charged again after it ends. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund; if you'd like money back for the unused portion of your current cycle, you'll need to separately request a refund as described below.
If you cancel and request a refund before the end of your current billing cycle, you're entitled to a refund for the unused, remaining days of that cycle. The refund is calculated as:
Refund = (Plan amount ÷ Total days in the billing cycle) × Remaining unused days
Monthly plans: for example, on a 30-day plan, if you cancel after using the plan for 10 days, you have 20 unused days left. Your refund would be (Plan amount ÷ 30) × 20.
Yearly plans: the same formula applies, using the total number of days in your yearly billing cycle in place of 30. For example, on a 365-day plan, if you cancel after using the plan for 100 days, you have 265 unused days left, and your refund would be (Plan amount ÷ 365) × 265.
Refund requests are submitted directly from your account. From your plan settings, select Cancel Subscription to stop auto-renewal. Once your plan is cancelled, an Ask for Refund button becomes available on the same page. Selecting it shows a confirmation with your prorated refund details — the amount, the days used, and the days remaining in your current billing cycle — calculated using the formula above. Confirming submits your refund request for review.
Submitting a refund request does not issue the refund automatically. Our team reviews each request against your account and billing history before approving it. Once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method through our payment processor, Cashfree, and may take a few additional business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.
AlertSpy's Free plan has no charge, so there's nothing to refund. You can stop using it at any time by deleting your account or downgrading, with no billing impact.
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
