These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AlertSpy (the "Service"), provided by TTC Consulting Services Pvt Ltd, operating as The Tech Clouds ("AlertSpy", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you're using AlertSpy on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on that organization's behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so.
AlertSpy provides monitoring and alerting tools, including but not limited to website, SSL, domain, ping, port, keyword, Docker, and system service monitors; browser-engine checks; Prometheus and Loki signal monitoring; status pages; notification channels; alert rules; and on-call scheduling. We may add, change, or remove features over time as the Service evolves.
Some monitor types read signals from third-party software running on your own infrastructure — for example, Prometheus, Loki, or Docker. For these, AlertSpy connects to and reads data from that software; it does not install, configure, or maintain it for you. You're responsible for setting up and operating any such tools on your servers. See "Plans, Billing & Payment" below for how installation or configuration support is handled.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including actions taken by team members you invite. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
AlertSpy offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans (Solo, Team, Enterprise, and any others we introduce), each with its own monitor limits, check intervals, status pages, notification channels, and team member allowances as described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, through our payment processor, Cashfree. You authorize us (via Cashfree) to charge your chosen payment method for the plan you select.
Upgrades take effect immediately and are billed on a prorated basis. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle; if a downgrade puts you over your new plan's monitor limit, the excess monitors are paused rather than deleted. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
Plan fees cover your subscription to the AlertSpy platform itself — the monitoring, alerting, and status page features described in these Terms. They do not cover installing, configuring, or maintaining any third-party software or infrastructure on your own servers, including but not limited to Prometheus, Loki, Docker, or any exporters or agents needed for AlertSpy to read signals from your environment; you're responsible for that infrastructure. Where we make installation or configuration support for such tools available, it's offered as a separate, paid add-on service under its own agreement or statement of work, and isn't included in, or guaranteed by, any subscription plan.
You agree not to use AlertSpy to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
If you publish a status page, you control what it displays and whether it's public. You're responsible for the accuracy of any custom content you add to a status page (incident notes, descriptions, branding). We are not responsible for how visitors to your status page interpret that content.
AlertSpy and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TTC Consulting Services Pvt Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding beyond what's needed to use the Service as intended. You retain ownership of the data you configure within AlertSpy (monitor targets, alert rules, status page content).
We work hard to keep AlertSpy reliable, but the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that checks will never be delayed, that alerts will never be missed, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. If your use case requires a formal uptime guarantee, contact us about an Enterprise agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TTC Consulting Services Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service — including losses resulting from a missed or delayed alert. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or with reasonable notice for any other reason. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, though certain provisions of these Terms (billing obligations, intellectual property, limitation of liability) survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
